well tdy i had quite an interesting experience.
i ate the mashed potato at 7-11 for the first time haha. well, i must say despite it sounding quite trivial, it was rather an interesting experience. i had to read the instructions rather carefully cos its relli quite hard to figure out exactly how the machines works, like whether the gravy n mashed potato comes out of the same nozzle.
as i pressed the mashed potato button, some pale yellow liquid came oozing out of the nozzle n i thot there was something wrong with the mixture or sth. u noe like how sometimes the slurpee machine dispenses more liquid than the mushy ice? well then i was informed by my fren at my side tt it wud solidify which made it more interesting haha.
well, dipping my spoon into the mixture, it actually tasted pretty good. u noe the type of warm feeling in ur tummy when u eat hot mushy stuff. it's very much like the kfc one. but it kinda freaks me to imagine wad chemicals i'm eating man seriously. frm the yellow liquid dispensed, it kinda hints tt not even a shred of potato was used haha.
i honestly feel it shud be renamed "mashed potato flavoured goo" instead.

on a side note, myrmidons won the cc preliminaries of the wcg. congrats to them but it makes it all so much more bitter tt we could have been there had it not been for thomas. granted, their clan is pretty gd, but we had the upper hand for tt match with our perfect picks of centaur, morph n med. sigh.

gave myself a little break tdy (as if i haven't been doing so the whole hols =S) n went on a mini movie marathon with my elder sis hu jus came back frm perth. wanted to watch episode 3 first but everywhere stopped showing le T_T so we started off with batman den watch initial d.
well i wud sae batman was quite nice... if u minus all those cheesy bits haha. like the scarecrow omgwtfbbq la he was one big fat piece of cheesy shit. thank goodness he wasnt the main baddie of i'd have been soooooo disappointed. i mean... wth? a baddie hu sprays ppl with some funny gas n dons a mask n starts taunting ppl??? gimme an insane nut hu went thru a radioactive explosion any time man. n i thot the batmobile was kind lame. well, it was kinda cool till the part where he had to lower himself to fire the cannon thingy. funny stuff. but i guess batman was portrayed in a much cooler manner this time tho. still a couple of funny stuff like how alfred picks him up in his bat suit in the middle of a neighborhood o.O
den came initial d. having been a proud follower myself, i had already watched initial d stages 1, 2, 3 and the extra stage n was anticipating the movie.... tho not very much. but i must sae the show turned out pretty satisfying tho. apprarently the squeezed the storyline of stages 1-3 into jus a few weeks of "movie time". but quite well done la. however, i think i wud be kinda lost if i hadn't previously watched the animes.
tt aside, i jus bought myself a new album! =) Vol. 3 The Sublimal Verses by Slipknot. well, if u dont already noe, slipknot is coming to our little island on aug 16 this yr. yea. kinda cool such a heavy band'll be coming. havent relli been listening to their songs honestly but i'm hoping to find ppl to go the concert with me. u see i've already desired to go for a manson concert but if i cant i guess i'll settle for less.... for now.
eh daryl go ah heh.

hols are coming to an end soon. sad, relli. cant relli sae i've done very much this hols.
oh yeah btw team 1mba is having a 2nd shot at dota! haha. chances are high tt we might be joining hc's inter-jc dota competition. i've already signed up as a ref but i guess if i get the golden opportunity to compete i'll have to give up tt honoured position =P will be cool haha.

tdy was 4j04's 2005 gathering! wasnt relli look fwd to it very much but i guess it turned out quite alrite la.
went with sean frm studying at kap to meet the rest at marina bay mrt. turn out was pretty gd. more than half the cls at abt 20 ppl. i guess ti was pretty nice to see everyone's faces again. but at first it was pretty sian cos everyone was quite quiet n all very cliqueish. den we went to eat the steamboat which was ok. quite uneventful other than the live prawns which everyone was making such a fuss over. quite funny. den sean began to call for a gambling session again. tdy quite a sml grp only la. abt 6. was abit reluctant at first but when money started pouring in i once again got quite into it =P our corporation earned abt 10 bucks which was quite a major haul, shared among the 3 of us hehe. den we went to play pool. had a few bad games but ended off nicely heh. now i noe the key to playing well. its concentration. seriously. must take time to focus on the shot den it'll turn out nicely. rush it and even easy shots may be missed. breaking still quite inconsistent tho. den colin, kiat tat, she hern n i cabbed back cos it was damn late. abt 11.20pm at marina bay.
overall i'd sae it wasnt too bad la. in the end i did enjoy myself. mebbe it was jus the pool but still... 4j is still one cls with huge fissures dividing it but i guess they begin to melt away as we spend more time with each other. like last yr when o lvls were ard i thot the cls was mixed pretty okae-ly. ah well... no offense but these arent relli the friendships i'll hold unto for the rest of my life. sure, i'll still make the effort to keep in contact with them regardless as they are still a remnant of my tchs daes. not very enjoyable but still a part of my life.

oh, and i must sae, i'm so crazy over my lovable amoeba rite now =D

tdy was wushu's 2005 investiture for the 32nd batch. i must say the going was tough, but it turned out pretty gd.

went to sch at abt 11.30am as organised tt found i was kinda early. so jus slacked a bit while everyone came trickling in. den we drifted off to the lt3 at abt 12.30pm to set things up. turns out tan yang hadn't even had the door open yet -_- so yinchu, bryan n i went coro to photocopy the song lyrics. bought sushi n delifrance there for my lunch. yum yum! den we went back n me n bryan started out car park ushering duties. damn funny. cos i was eating my sushi while bryan was slacking n we had to be on the look out for seniors at the same time. we were pitying ourselves n bumming ard n snapping to attention everytime a potential senior person approached. we were trying hard not to look slack hahah. den jiao liao came late as usual at abt 2.15pm n den we rushed to the lt to begin the investiture proper. quite a bunch of seniors turned up incl tchs guys, ny girls n zheng hua sec ppl. kinda uneventful till the skit. heard lotsa laughter frm backstage so was quite relieved. was afraid our skit was gona be too lame but apparently everyone laughed. well, whether the laughter was at the skit or at us dussen relli matter i suppose :S den showed the vid which was pretty cool by brent. den took photos n ate. food jus nice. good!
den we got chnged to advance to the 2nd stage of our invest. the games. damn fun. had to throw balls into a pail while being attacked by seniors with water bombs. had lotsa fun targeting seniors haha. den some forfeits were quite horrid. like blowing flour. the one tt relli got me was the flour solution tho. they poured it all over us n i got alot cos of my exploits n i ended up quite unwell for a bit.
washed up THROUGHLY for a relli relli long while n finally headed to beauty world to eat n play pool. horrid games tdy but quite fun.

overall i think its quite a success. i relli see lots of potential for wushu n fun in this team n i hope we wud cont to bond strongly. ppl like bryan make things all so damn funny.
